The contract to construct 36 affordable housing units for Nottingham Community Housing Association, in the historic market town of Bakewell, was undertaken over a 50 week period.

The £2.8 million development was built using local stone, in keeping with the area and incorporated a play area as part of the planning conditions.

The development was completed under a partnering form of contract and included for 2 and 3 bedroom semi-detached dwellings
