The construction of a new public house and associated external works and drainage for Hardy Hansons, at Heage Lane, Etwall in Derbyshire included for the complete new build, fit out , decoration and landscaping.

One of a number of new public houses for this client, the project was completed 2 weeks ahead of programme and opened in October 2001
