		The Observatory Ilkeston The conversion of an exiting Kwik Save store in the centre of Ilkeston was converted into a Whetherspoons public house in just 16 weeks including the complete fit out. This was one of a number of similar projects for Whetherspoons throughout the country, which included both new build and conversion contracts in busy town centres.
