This 2 storey stand alone sports centre was procured under the Design & Build form of contract and has an internal floor area of around 2,000 square metres.
The facility has a multi use sports hall with badminton, netball, basketball, 5 a-side & volleyball courts with changing and shower rooms and disabled access with facilities throughout.
Incorporated in the steel framed structure are meeting and conference facilities, squash courts, saunas & steam rooms, a fully fitted gymnasium and a community area with vending machines and seating. |
