The 70,000 sq ft development was completed in just 21 weeks from start on site including lime stabiliastion ground improvement measures across the whole site and consists of 7 speculative industrial units in two separate blocks.
The steel framed structures have curved, standing seam clad roofing systems, curtain walling and cladding down to a brick dado wall.
All units have their own electrically operated roller shutter doors, internal office accommodation and external parking areas.
