The 50,000 sq ft steel framed starter units are constructed on the former MOD site at Hilton, Derbyshire and comprise of 10 individual light industrial units in three separate blocks.

Each unit has its own electrically operated roller shutter door, internal office facilities and external parking.

Completed in just 22 weeks, the units were built to a demanding specification to meet the funders requirements.
