The two storey medical centre and sure start facility was completed by the company in just 65 weeks.
The project incorporated a pharmacy department and chemist retail unit, medical rooms, reception areas, nursing stations, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as children’s activity areas and sure start facilities.
The contract was completed under the design and build form of procurement.
