The three storey Medical Centre and Pharmacy building was constructed on the canal side at Monton, Manchester and was designed to reflect and harmonize with the surrounding the location and canal side moorings.

The contract was carried out under the design and build form of procurement and was completed in just 49 weeks from an October start on site.
