The two storey medical centre and sports changing facility was completed by the company in just 44 weeks.

The project incorporated   medical rooms, reception areas, nursing stations, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as a separate changing facility for the adjacent sports ground.

The contract was completed under the design and build form of procurement
