The one and two storey Primary Care Centre was procured under the design and build form of contract and included for doctor's surgeries, nursing stations, reception and waiting areas as well as treatment rooms, pharmacy department, consulting and meeting rooms.
Incorporated into the design was a rotunda feature to the front elevation, with a speed deck roof and the 57 week contract included for all landscaping works to the external areas.
The facility is shared between two doctor's surgeries and the Fylde Primary Care Trust.
