The new Co-Operative superstore at Eccleshall, near Stone, includes 3 residential units to the upper front elevation of the store, leading on to the busy main street of the Staffordshire market town.

Completed in just 34 weeks, the traditionally procured project includes cold stores, a delivery yard and warehouse facilities, a secure spirit store and has facilities for 7 checkout kiosks.

Designed by Birmingham based Nicol Thomas, the project is one of a number of similar facilities proposed by the group over the next few years.
