The contract for this project was procured on a two stage tender, the first being submitted margins against a bill of quantities together with a quality submission and presentation.

Once selected, a Guaranteed Maximum Price was agreed and a ‘pain / gain’ sharing agreement reached. The form of contract was PPC 2000.

The contract included for the provision of a brand new Primary School facility with classrooms, study areas, assembly hall and gymnasium, as well as outside play facilities and communal areas.
