This scheme formed part of an ongoing Strategic Partnering Contract, the design of which had already been completed by the client.
The project included for the provision of a new special school, including all internal and external facilities.
The single storey facility was opened on time and followed an intensive value engineering exercise, came in under the client's budget without detrimental effects to the architectural vision.
