This community building was constructed using a steel framed structure with full height rendered blockwork to the external elevations.

Curved profile metal sheeting to the roof areas gives the building a contemporary look together with the use of a coloured render on the front elevation.

The learning resource and community centre was completed in less than 12 months and incorporated reception areas, kitchens, a community hall and library.
