Phase 2 of the Coney Green Business Park was procured under the Design and Build form of contract and included for the Design and Construction of extensions to the existing two storey office complex and the adjoining industrial units.

The steel framed office developments is clad in full height brick and block , has a profiled steel roof and incorporates a glazed entrance feature to the front of the building.

The industrial units are also steel framed, have profiled metal sheeting to the roof and walls down to a brick dado and incorporate roller shutter and personnel doors to each unit. The development was taken to outline planning stage by the client, and then taken to completion by the Wildgoose appointed design team.
