The provision of 57 care units and 30 residential
units enclosed in one structure is being achieved
by the conversion of an existing redundant hosiery
building, on three floors with an underground car
park on the outskirts of Belper.

Overlooking imposing views of the Derbyshire
countryside, the development will be completed to
the most exacting standards to meet with the
expectations of the heath care market.
