The company offers a full service in both traditional and management contracting on commercial and office developments and includes a complete turnkey package where required by the client
		Healthcare Healthcare Centres, Medical Facilities and Hospitals have been an important growth area for the company over recent years with projects in both the public and private sectors being procured through tendered, negotiated and partnered contracts. Our clients including NHS and Primary Care Trusts, Private Healthcare Developers, Public and Private Hospitals and Disability Centres have all recognised the benefits of working with Wildgoose Construction and have rewarded us with repeat business on a regular basis.
		Sports and Leisure Wildgoose Construction has a wealth of experience in the leisure industry, completing numerous sports halls and leisure centre projects, mainly in the public sector, but also for private clients. Swimming pools, gymnasiums, inside and outside sports facilities have all been undertaken by the company through design and build and traditionally procured contracts.

		Education Education has been one of the keys to success for the company and continues to provide a backbone of work from both the public and private sectors. Working with our construction partners, Wildgoose has an ongoing rolling programme of educational build projects through Strategic Partnering Framework Agreements, ensuring our clients achieve a defects free, quality product, on time and within the agreed budget on all of our projects.

		Special Projects Special Projects is the division within Wildgoose Construction providing new build, alteration and renovation services on projects from £250k to £1m. As is the case with our Major Projects division, our client dedicated construction teams ensure that all of our clients benefit from the provision of best value and in-built quality; in fact the high level of service provided by our Major Projects division is mirrored here within Special Projects.
