Partnering Philosophy

Wildgoose Construction Ltd is a Strategic Framework Partnering Contractor with a number of organisations and has an early involvement in the Design process, advising on Construction methods, Materials, Best Value and Specifications to establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price and programme for projects in the Public and Private Sectors.

Partnering arrangements include clients with whom we work on a regular basis on new build, extension and alteration contracts that benefit from the Wildgoose philosophy of a non adversarial approach to contracting.

The Company is fully committed to the principle established within ‘Rethinking Construction’ with Company Directors encouraging the staff to secure future workload by this method.
