Construction of a two storey medical centre and pharmacy comprising of doctor’s surgeries, nursing stations, reception and waiting areas as well as treatment rooms, pharmacy department, consulting and meeting rooms.

The contract was procured under the design and build form of contract and was completed in just 42 weeks from site handover to project completion.
